Flat Bread (I used Naan whole wheat, but whole
wheat tortillas work too)
Honey
Goat cheese
Sliced pears
Chopped pecans or walnuts
Arugula
Balsamic dressing (I love Cindy’s Kitchen from
Costco)
Preheat oven to 350
Melt honey for 10 seconds in microwave and brush
on flat bread
Spread out pear slices (I like a lot)
Sprinkle on pecans and goat cheese
Bake on oven rack for about 15 minutes (tortillas
will be less time) until golden brown
Toss the arugula with balsamic and put on top
before serving
I like to slice it up and eat it like pizza and
Jake likes to fold it and eat it like a taco.
Next time we are going to try adding a little hummus after cooking.
